JUAN MARTÍN DIAZ

CHIEF PADEL OFFICER

Juan Martín Diaz, born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, began his illustrious padel career in the late 1980s alongside Mago Sanz.

 

After relocating to Spain, he quickly rose to prominence, becoming the world's top player. Teaming up with Fernando Belasteguin, he dominated the padel circuit for nearly two decades. Together, they held the World Number 1 ranking for an unprecedented 13 consecutive years, winning 170 out of 191 finals. Notably, their team remained unbeaten for an entire season, extending their winning streak to one year and nine months.

Juan Martín’s unwavering passion for padel has kept him competing to the age of 46, where he remained a Top 30 player globally, regularly appearing on major Center Courts worldwide.

Juan Martín, married to Victoria and father to three children, moved to Miami with his family where he joined the Reserve team as Chief Padel Officer, dedicating to advancing the sport he loves in the United States.

GABI MEANA 

ELITE PRO

Gabi Meana, born in Northern Spain, moved to the US to play tennis at South Carolina State University.

 

After a successful college and pro career, he moved to pursue a master’s in Industrial Engineering at Florida International University in Miami.

He began leading coaching programs and managing high-end racket sports clubs across Florida. As the padel community grew, Gabi dedicated time to teaching beginners, helping them become padel enthusiasts.

 

Every Reserve member has personal experiences with Gabi, remembering his lessons on mastering technique. Today, Gabi is a partner, Elite Pro, and runs operations at Reserve.
 

PABLO RODRIGUEZ

ELITE PRO

Pablo Rodriguez began playing padel just two years ago and his passion for the sport grew rapidly, and it became clear that his goal was to share this enthusiasm with others. Now, Pablo is dedicated to teaching the game and helping grow the sport in the US. As a key member of the Reserve Padel team, he brings energy and commitment to every training session, working closely with players of all levels.
